2) After you live through a few more election/budget cycles, you'll recognize that the attempts to make cuts are always engineered to generate the most public outcry so that no (or few) cuts are actually made. Its a distraction game set up to make said pols look like they're doing something.
thats so stupid!! I agree with you.. but im not in the US so my opinion doesnt even matter!
